We offer a double-disc clutch kit and single disk kit's for 6-cylinder BMW engines of the M50, S50, M52, S52, M54, S54 series.
The clutch was designed specifically for the extreme strength and thermal conditions encountered in drifting.
Our clutches are equipped with a simple vibration damping system for the spacers used in multi-plate clutches. You have certainly heard a multi-plate clutch that made disturbing noises such as knocking. We know how much they can irritate the user, you are not sure if it has to be like this or if something has worn out. With our solution, you will forget that your drive system is equipped with a multi-plate clutch. In addition to improving the utility values, the vibration damper is designed to eliminate the impact phenomenon that occurs between the walls of the spacer in contact with the flywheel.
Another advantage is the spring system used to center the spacer when disengaging the clutch ; appropriately calculated springs allow for quick gear changes, just like in single-disc clutches, thanks to the automatic displacement of the spacer from the clutch discs.

The set includes:
-Flywheel 4.9kg made of special AlZnMg+Ti aviation alloy, which exceeds the strength of typical materials used for flywheels. The wheel is made 100% in CNC technology. A toothed ring with a pulser for the shaft position sensor is mounted on the wheel. A friction insert made of ductile cast iron GJS600 is mounted in the wheel. Easy regeneration of the wheel by replacing the friction insert.
