
Refund Policy
At MST Tuning, your satisfaction is our top priority. We abide by Australian Consumer Law to ensure that our customers feel confident and protected when shopping with us. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we will offer a refund, exchange, or repair and how to initiate a claim.

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind:
Please note that under Australian Consumer Law, MST Tuning is not obligated to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind about a purchase. However, we aim to provide satisfaction to our customers and may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. This goodwill gesture is not a requirement of the ACL and is done on a case-by-case basis.

Products Damaged During Delivery:
In the event that an item is damaged during transit, MST Tuning will either replace the item or provide a full refund. Please report the damage to us within 2 weeks of receiving the delivery, including photos and a detailed description of the damage. Failure to report damage within this time frame may result in the denial of the claim.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If an item is faulty, significantly different from the description, not fit for its intended purpose, or unsafe, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us with your proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed.

Processing Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
