Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your package and the shipping method selected.

Domestic and International Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options for domestic orders, including standard and expedited shipping. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 6 business days, and for expedited shipping is 4 business days.

Potential Service Interruptions
Shipping to some regions may be affected by weather, political conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances, which may result in delays. While we strive to deliver your order on time, MST Tuning is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or failures attributable to shipping service providers. We will keep you updated on the status of your order if we anticipate or become aware of any issues.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
MST Tuning is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
